Privacy Policy

DULSAI handles only the minimum needed to run an AI conversation. Below is what we take, what we use it for, and when it goes away.

1. What we collect

Account: your email address and sign-in details.
Conversations: the messages exchanged with an AI character, and the summaries that let it remember your relationship.
Photos you upload: photos you attach to a conversation.
Images the Service creates: photos an AI character creates and sends.
Trial before sign-up: you can hold up to 4 exchanges without an account, which creates a temporary account and that conversation.
Abuse prevention: your IP address is converted into an irreversible value, used only to count daily trial usage. The address itself is not stored.

To generate AI replies and images, and to remember your relationship with a character.
To check content against our safety rules and to handle reports.
To answer your questions and fix problems.
We do not use it for anything else.

Photos you upload and what you say are used only to handle your conversation with that AI character.
They are never shown to other users, never used to create AI character images, and never reused in another user’s conversation.
They are never used to retrain AI models.
A photo an AI character creates and sends is kept as that character’s asset and may be reused for other users who talk with the same character. Such photos are never built from another user’s photos, personal data, or conversations.

To generate AI replies and images, we pass conversation content and attached photos to an external AI processor (OpenAI), only as far as that requires.
The processor retains it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deletes it, and does not use it for model training.
Sign-in and data storage run on Supabase.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Conversations and photos are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
Deleting a conversation or a photo deletes the stored original file as well.
You can delete your account yourself: account screen → Delete account. Your account, conversations, and photos are deleted together, and this cannot be undone.
A conversation held in the pre-sign-up trial carries over when you sign up with email on the same device.

You can ask what data we hold about you, and request correction or deletion.
