Terms of Service
DULSAI (the “Service”) is a session-based introduction service that introduces you to a well-suited person once a day, among people in the same city who joined on the same day. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. About the Service
- We operate by city and show up to 3 recommended candidates each day at 5 PM local time.
- Applying and canceling close at 4 PM, one hour before candidates are revealed.
- There is no endless swiping — one session per day, only when the conditions are met.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 19 or older. We do not collect your exact birth date; you choose an age band (20s, 30s, 40s, 50s) instead.
- One person, one account. Impersonation and proxy sign-ups are prohibited.
3. Sessions and conversation rules
- Choose the weekdays you want to join; on those days, candidates are drawn from participants in your city.
- A session opens only when there are at least 3 people of each gender. If not, we do not force recommendations and the session does not open.
- You may select at most one candidate and send the first message to that person. After sending, you wait for their reply; when they send the first reply, a conversation begins. There is no mutual-selection step.
- Operational figures such as participant counts and gender ratios are not disclosed to users.
4. Your responsibilities
- Your profile and photo must represent you. False information, other people’s data, and inappropriate images are not allowed.
- Advertising, solicitation, requests for money, illegal or hateful content, sexual harassment, and unauthorized collection of others’ data are prohibited.
- Violations may result in restriction or suspension without prior notice.
- We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report or block the other person from any conversation.
- We review reports and take the action they call for; content or accounts found in violation are removed. Blocking takes effect immediately.
5. Official virtual users
- Feature guides and screen examples may include “official virtual users,” always labeled as such.
- Virtual users are not real people and are never mixed with real recommendation data.
6. Limitation of liability
- The Service introduces people to one another. The time, place, conduct, and outcome of any meeting are the participants’ responsibility.
- For questions about these terms, contact us at jamkankr@gmail.com.
7. Changes to these terms
- When the terms change, the last-updated date is shown on screen. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
