Terms of Service

DULSAI (the “Service”) lets you hold an ongoing conversation with an AI character that keeps a fixed personality. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

  • You choose an AI character or create your own, and you talk with it. The character keeps the personality it was given.
  • What you say stays within your relationship with that character. It does not carry over to another character.
  • You can attach photos to a conversation, and a character can create and send a photo of itself.

2. About the AI characters

  • AI characters are not real people. Every reply and every photo is generated by AI.
  • AI replies can be inaccurate or wrong, and they are not medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • Under our safety rules, some replies and some photo requests may be limited or not produced at all.

3. Who can use it

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • One person, one account. Impersonating someone else, or signing up on another person’s behalf, is not allowed.

4. What you may not do

  • Impersonate another person, or post someone else’s photos or information as your own.
  • Make sexual requests involving minors, or requests that amount to sexual exploitation material.
  • Ask for images that place a real, identifiable person in nude or sexual situations, or that could be mistaken for that person.
  • Use the Service to plan or carry out anything illegal.
  • If we confirm any of the above, we may limit your use or suspend the account. If you disagree, write to us through the channel in section 7.

5. How photos may be used

  • Photos you upload are used only to handle your conversation with that character. They are never shown to other users, never used to create character images, and never used to train models.
  • A photo a character creates and sends belongs to that character, and may be reused for other users who talk with the same character.
  • Character photos are never built from another user’s photos, personal data, or conversations.
  • You may not resell character photos beyond personal viewing, present them as photos of a real person, or use them to impersonate anyone.

6. Free use and subscription

  • You can try up to 4 exchanges without signing up.
  • Once you sign up you get 50 free replies per month. A reply that involves a photo counts as 2. Your remaining count is shown on screen.
  • A paid subscription is being prepared and cannot be purchased yet.
  • If a subscription is offered in the app, payment, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple App Store policies and procedures.

7. Contact and changes

  • Write to jamkankr@gmail.com. In the app, Help and contact on the account screen reaches the same place.
  • When these terms change, the last-updated date is shown on screen. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
