Frequently asked questions

Everything about how DULSAI introduces one person a day, how your city is used, and how your data is handled.

What is DULSAI?

DULSAI is a session-based dating service that introduces up to three compatible people once a day, chosen from people active in your own city on that same day. There is no public profile list to browse and no endless swiping.

When are matches revealed?

Candidates are revealed every day at 5 PM in your city’s local time. 5 PM is when profiles appear — it is not a meeting time. Applications and cancellations close one hour earlier, at 4 PM.

How does city-based matching work?

You pick one city, and DULSAI only introduces people who chose the same city for the same day. DULSAI never uses GPS, never tracks your live position, and never stores a precise address or coordinates.

How many people will I see each day?

You see up to three candidates per session, and you may choose at most one of them. Choosing lets you send that person a first message.

What happens after I send the first message?

You wait for a reply. The conversation continues once the other person answers. There is no mutual-selection step and no notification that someone picked you.

Why did I not get any recommendations today?

A session only opens when at least three men and three women are active in that city for that day. If either side is short, DULSAI does not force a match and no session runs. Participant counts and gender ratios are never shown to users.

Do I need to give my exact age or date of birth?

No. DULSAI does not collect a date of birth. You select an age band — 20s, 30s, 40s or 50s — and only that band is used for matching and shown to others. The service is for adults aged 19 and over.

How does DULSAI protect my privacy?

DULSAI collects only what a match needs: email, display name, one photo, city, age band and what kind of meeting you are looking for. It does not collect a phone number, a real name, a home address or GPS location, and it does not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Can I report or block someone?

Yes. Every conversation has a safety menu with Report, Block and End conversation. We review each report and take the action it calls for, and blocking takes effect immediately and permanently ends contact.

How do I delete my account?

Open the profile screen, then Account, then Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, your photo and your login, and it cannot be undone.

Does DULSAI cost anything?

No. Creating an account, receiving daily introductions and messaging a match are all free. DULSAI never asks you to send money, and any user who does is a scam — report it.

Which languages does DULSAI support?

DULSAI is available in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Spanish. You can change the language at any time from the selector in the top bar.

How do I contact DULSAI?

Email jamkankr@gmail.com. We aim to reply within a few business days, and reports are reviewed and acted on as needed.
