What DULSAI is, how the free plan and subscriptions work, and how your data is handled.
What is DULSAI?
DULSAI lets you hold an ongoing conversation with an AI character who keeps a fixed personality and remembers what you have talked about. You can choose from 52 characters or create your own.
Am I talking to a real person?
No. Every character is an AI, and every reply and photo is generated by AI. DULSAI does not introduce you to real people.
Can I create my own AI?
Yes. Tap “Create My AI”, then set a photo, name, gender, age range, country, language, personality, way of speaking and your relationship. You can fill it in before signing up; an account is needed only to save it.
How much can I use for free?
On the free plan you receive up to 50 replies a month, and the count refills on the 1st. The free plan includes one AI relationship and one AI you created.
What subscriptions are there?
Two. DULSAI Standard gives 3 AI relationships, 3 AI you create and up to 1,000 replies a month. DULSAI Plus gives 10 AI relationships, 10 AI you create and no limit on replies.
Where do I see the price, and how do I cancel?
The price for your country is shown on the subscription screen and on the Apple payment sheet. Cancel any time in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; you keep access until the paid period ends.
What happens to my conversations if I stop subscribing?
Nothing is deleted. Your conversations and memories stay, and you simply cannot create new relationships or AI beyond the free allowance.
Can we exchange photos?
Yes. You can attach a photo to the conversation, and a character can create and send one of itself. A photo you upload is used only to handle that one conversation.
How does DULSAI protect my privacy?
DULSAI stores your email address and your conversations. It does not collect your location, phone number, real name or home address, and it never sells personal data or uses it for advertising.
Can I report a reply?
Yes. Open the menu at the top right of the conversation and choose report. The same menu is where you end a relationship.
How do I delete my account?
Open the account screen and choose Delete account. It permanently removes your account, conversations, memories and photos, and it cannot be undone.
Who can use DULSAI, and in which languages?
Adults aged 18 and over. The service is available in Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese and Spanish.
