About DULSAI
DULSAI is a session-based dating service that introduces up to three compatible people once a day. Candidates are drawn only from people who are active in your own city on that same day, and they are revealed at 5 PM local time. There is no public profile list to browse and no endless swiping.

Why one person a day
Most dating apps reward volume. They show an endless queue of faces and leave you to sort through it. That turns meeting someone into a chore and makes every profile feel disposable.
DULSAI takes the opposite approach. You get one session a day and a small number of candidates, so attention goes to the person in front of you rather than to the next swipe. Fewer options, taken more seriously, is the whole design.
How city-based matching works
You choose one city, and DULSAI introduces only people who chose that same city for that same day. Distance is treated as a simple yes or no — same city or not — because that is what actually decides whether meeting is realistic.
DULSAI never asks for GPS access, never tracks your live position, and never stores a precise address or coordinates. Your city is something you select, not something the app measures. You can change it whenever you like.
What happens at 5 PM
Every day at 5 PM in your city’s local time, your candidates for that session are revealed. 5 PM is when profiles open — it is not a meeting time and it does not commit you to anything.
Applications and cancellations close one hour earlier, at 4 PM, so the session is settled before it opens. A session only runs if at least three men and three women are active in that city that day. If either side is short, DULSAI does not fill the gap with a poor match — the session simply does not open. Participant counts and gender ratios are never shown to users.
From a match to a conversation
You may choose at most one person from the candidates you are shown. Choosing lets you send that person a first message.
After that, you wait. The conversation continues when the other person replies. There is no mutual-selection step, and DULSAI never tells anyone who picked them — so nobody is pressured by a scoreboard.
Privacy by collecting less
DULSAI collects only what an introduction needs: an email address, a display name, one photo, a city, an age band, and what kind of meeting you are looking for.
It does not collect a phone number, a real name, a home address, or GPS location. It does not sell personal data and does not use it for advertising. Deleting your account removes your profile, your photo and your login — permanently.
Safety is part of the product
Every conversation has a safety menu with Report, Block and End conversation. We review each report and take the action it calls for, and blocking takes effect immediately and ends contact for good.
DULSAI never asks users for money. Anyone who does is running a scam, and reporting them is the right response. Accounts that impersonate other people, advertise, or harass are removed.
Who DULSAI is for
DULSAI is for adults who would rather meet one person properly than scroll past a hundred. If you want a quieter way to meet someone nearby, this is built for you.
